Latitude Aviation is proud to list N3699A, which is a 1980 Beechcraft A36 Bonanza with some really nice upgrades. N3699A is owned by a BeechTalk member and is based at Sky Manor Airport (N40) in Pittstown, NJ.
N3699A has 7265 TT, 1657 on a factory new IO-550, and 928 since propeller overhaul.
The avionics are fantastic on this plane with its GFC 600 autopilot, Aspen EFD 1000 Pro Max, GTN 750Xi, GTR 225, G5, GTX 345, and GDL 69A. It also has a GMA 345 audio panel, EDM 800 engine monitor, and Flight Stream 510.
Another incredible upgrade is its FTA air conditioning/climate control system. Other upgrades include GAMIjectors, GAMI cylinder 2/6 cooling modification, HID landing light, LED beacon, and G&D tinted window inserts.
The paint on N3699A is outstanding and was redone by Advanced Aircraft Refinishers in 2020. The interior is in good condition for its age and its seats and side panels were done in 1998 and the carpet was replaced in 2015.
The spec sheet is pasted below and it has a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks, high-resolution photos, and some other documents. Please contact me anytime to discuss N3699A. Thank you!
