I should have opined it is probably the encoder but the labor is about the same either way by the original access mounting. And the AT50A is way past due to be a on the shelf item for someone inclined to plug and play or an anchor.

I have a 327 that I pulled from my plane for a 345. It didn't have any problems. Make me an offer.
