					| Wierd ad. I won't be back in Arkansas for a month and now my cousin tells me he is ready to sell the Bonanza. I ordered it and bought it new for my cousins company. He's 71 and hasn't flown it in a few years and I haven't flown it much. I retired in August so now he realizes there is no one to fly the airplane. If I was there to clean it up it cleans up like new. The annual was done last month. I don't have any pictures because I didn't think I needed any but we can work that out. He said he would take $400,000 for it. Call me if you have any questions. Sorry for not having any pictures yet. He just sprung this on me. Call me anytime Rick 501-519-7425 cell Obviously, a very nice airplane.

					| Well, I got several very interested calls and one guy that said he would take it. So I called my cousin and told him to find the 6th seat so we could put it back in because I had a buyer. Then he starts backpedaling and said he didn't know if he was ready yet. Bear in mind it was he that called me and told me to sell it. This was not my idea. I want to give my apologies to those people that inquired. This makes me look like an idiot and I don't know anybody that would like that.

					| It all good Rick No harm no foul. I had a good laugh...or was I crying...can't remember now.. when Bob Stephens told me it was not really for sale. I had just signed and sent off the purchase agreement too! If it does come back for sale just let me know. I hope at least I will get first consideration. Eric Ellis

					| Question is the new price to high?
I was the original bidder when it was originally posted. I am not sure I would pay that much now.

Outdated avionics, engine past TBO based on years, this seller has jumped the shark. Not impressed with the process he used either.

					| I would have some hesitations with this engine. Only 800+ hours in 20 years. I personally thought 400k was pushing it but relatively reasonable given the current market but 495k is a non starter for me.

					| After this fiasco I wouldn’t take the plane for free. Like JGG’s Mother said, there are two types of people…
