I would be shocked if they get anywhere in the ballpark of certification, the SF50 almost bankrupted Cirrus and they had the large resource base and cash flow of a going concern selling lots of SRs.

The problem I see is how on earth are they going to find surplus JT15D-5s laying around to make this project work in any sort of volume. I had the same question. They said the PW535E will be the engine for certification. Not sure why the Pratt over the FJ44-4

Or a slightly used <insert huge list of turbines less than $2.5M>
2M buys a about 2666 hrs of Jet-A at 150 gal/hr. Where did you hear about the purchase price for the experimental? I've been trying to get details on that and haven't been able to.

2M buys a about 2666 hrs of Jet-A at 150 gal/hr. It goes 400kts on 80 GPH, that’s epic performance for 2.5 million. There’s nothing else that comes close

I assumed the equipment requirements would be the same, but what would be an example of an operational requirement?

Before the latest rule changes you needed an approved RVSM operations manual and an LOA. With ADS-B you just need the training and equipment, as long as you are flying in the US.
