Coming back from NC on Tuesday, I dropped into Atlantic City as my son had to pee. I've used the field a few times before and always had good service, but my heart dropped when I saw that it was now a Signature location. (I'm not a rabid anti-Signature guy, but my experience is that Signature generally has good service at very high prices, especially where they have a monopoly on the field, as they do at ACY.)
Instead, I got away with "only" a $10 landing fee, $5 infrastructure fee (BS), and 7 gallons of $5.67 avgas, for a total of just under $55. If you take out 7 gallons at a $4.75/gal figure, I only paid a bit over $21 for the pee stop.
That's not the screwing I'm accustomed to at Signature, especially considering the bile that gets spewed when you name them; the people were all very nice, good facilities, popcorn and water for everyone. If all Signatures would treat us the way ACY did, I'd think that was overall fair and I'd be a fan.

We pulled it off with a 2yo and a water bottle this summer. Absolutely harrowing.

I haven't been to ACY in almost twenty years, but it was Signature the last time I was there. At the time I wasn't buying the gas, and the place was not very fancy (probably remodeled since then), but the staff was great and they let us park a POS crew car there.

It was Midlantic Aviation for a long time, then Landmark for a short period of time, and now Signature. I'm guessing it became a Signature facility about 2 years ago.

And it will .... In 1983 we were returning from a windshield replacement on a 425 Conquest in CAE, they said not to pressurize for 24 hours. My wife had the 3 year old in the back, helping him use the relief tube....I was unaware, until she hollers, it won't go down. So I gave it enough pressure to use the tube. Break... I was flying a back up band in an E90 when one of the guys needed to pee. I described how the relief tube worked. He came up to the cockpit after a few minutes and said he was One with the Airplane.....
