Hello to all. I am getting back into flying again after
a 15 yr absence. My kids are grown now. Currently flying
a 152 areobat while I learn all the changes in the regs
and airspace. Will be looking to get into a V35B after I get my
inst finished. Great site here and I look forward to learning
a lot.

Hello Steve,

welcome to a great forum, lot's of very sound advise from seasoned folks who know something about every aspect of Bonanzas. I decided some years ago to finally purchase an airplane after renting for almost 25 years....and it was a Bonanza, never looked back. This is the time to purchase, there are so many opportunities out there.
