Anthony Armbrister, I own and fly a 1972 BE58, we've been together since 1990 and flown some 8,500 hours together. We live on Cat Island in the Bahamas. I've lived there most of my life. I found early on that the only way to really be able to get around the Bahamas and to and from Florida was in an airplane. As you can immagine flying in the Bahamas is the best. Great weather and the scenery is spectacular to say the least. I don't have a picture of myself and the plane, but I'll try to get one soon.

Username Protected wrote: Anthony welcome to BT. Where do you fly your plane when the big weather comes in? Do you have a hangar? Which airport? You have three, right? I'm looking forward to the pics! Cheers. -Ron HI Ron, Yes we have 3 airports I live near MYCB ( New Bight) we have Customs and Immigration, but no fuel. I don't have a hangar, and I keep the plane at the airport unless it's a really bad hurricane cat. 4-5. The airport sits in a low area and the hurricane winds tend to fare up above the tiedown area. In the event of a really bad storm I move the plane to FXE try to secure a hangar for it. Island Smiles Tony
