I found Leonardo service to be difficult. Horribly expensive parts and very slow. I cannot possibly imagine a more expensive flying machine.

Robinson doesn't really have a warranty. I had two minor issues on my new R66 and couldn't get them to pay for anything. Otherwise, I love it. Parts are cheap, maintenance is minimal and it's fun/super reliable.

My friend with a Bell 505 thinks his $40K annuals are a good deal.
