We are selling our 3bd 3.5ba waterfront condo in Port Aransas, Tx as we have pivoted toward, and are spending more time at, our property in the mountains. The property is on the main basin of Island Moorings Marina, has a private dock with an 8K lb boat lift and is a brief walk from KRAS airport. Living room to fishing boat in water in less than 5 minutes!! And your plane close by. It doesn’t get much better. No short term rentals are allowed so it is an upscale and peaceful oasis on the island. Here is a link to the listing: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3700 ... 0444_zpid/

Made me laugh! The 22T is gone. However, there’s a low-time Majek M2 Illusion with a 250 Yami on the lift though!! It’s in one of the listing pics.

It does not. There are hangars at KRAS but I have no idea about availability. We always kept ours on the tie downs with a cover.

I was not inclined to believe how housing prices in Texas were starting to match the absurdity of the rest of the country, but examples like this may make me change my mind... Not sure I grasp which way you meant that? Can you clarify for a simpler mind?
