Chip and Mike. One of the great if not greatest BT rivalries. Sad to see you two go at it so hard.. But I will say the education and huge amounts of information on jet ownership that is a result of your battles is priceless to us common BT peasants and wannabe one day jet owners. Thanks guys.

You are selling the value that your Citation V presents, just like you did when you owned an MU2. You’ll want to sell at some point and you are creating value, protecting your asset.
There’s nothing wrong with that. You have exaggerated how low your cost are by leaving out engine reserves, so I have pointed that out. Other than that, I think what you’re accomplishing is quite admirable and worth talking about.
We both want the same thing, more information shared for “wannabe jet owners” like Anthony.

I don't think you have influence over the whole market, just over the small number of aircraft that are high time and running with engines past TBO.
I think you have confirmation bias and because of exposure you think that the majority of V's have engines past TBO and are comparable to yours, I assure you they are not.
I do believe that you are the best thing that ever happened to MU2 values and I believe that long term, as more and more V's are operated past TBO, you will have a very positive mark on that entire market.
I don't think you fully grasp just how many folks read Beechtalk.

Surely this crosses the line for posting blatantly commercial spam on threads. Or do the Jeffs not care as long as they get the money? Chip, if you want to advertise, then buy ads on BT like all the other decent sponsors. Mike C.

For as much as you make it look like Chip gets under your forum skin, why don't you just foe him, and you'll never have to worry about him again????

Considering YOU are the main reason that people are confused about what types of aircraft we buy and why... blame yourself.

(Weekly check in) Because if MC doesn’t win he loses, right? Some crazy stuff. Like watching a soap. You really can’t make this stuff up.
