Air Conditioning system just extensively overhauled and works great. Paint has been carefully touched up with no defects.
This Bonanza appears brand new and still has that new interior smell!
N36VM has very low total time of 2566.9 hours with an 875.3 hour SMOH Continental IO-550-B that was overhauled by Triad Aviation Engines in June 2012. This engine is equipped with GAMI injectors. The McCauley Propeller has 885 hours since overhaul.
The panel is well equipped with Garmin G500 Twin Display MFD paired to Large Screen GTN750 GPS Nav Comm. 2nd Nav Comm is a King KX-165 with Glideslope. King KFC 150 Autopilot is fully functional. JPI graphic Engine monitor allows careful monitoring of engine parameters for efficient flight operation.
RH Flap was replaced in 2023 after passenger accidentally stepped on it, no other damage history.
