Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N84GH, which is a 2015 Pilatus PC-12 NG. N84GH is based in Navasota, TX (just outside of Houston) and is owned by a BeechTalk member. I helped the owner acquire N84GH in May 2020 and he is the second owner. We loved the low total time and pedigree of the plane at the time that he bought it. It currently has 1558 hours on the airframe and engine and 576 hours on a factory new 5-blade Hartzell propeller (which the owner installed shortly after buying the plane).
N84GH has been maintained exclusively by Pilatus Service Centers (KCAC, Mather Aviation, Aero Air, Epps Aviation, and Western Aircraft) and it is scheduled for its next inspection at Cutter Aviation in San Antonio in October. They have never done an annual inspection on the plane and this would be a fantastic opportunity for a pre-purchase evaluation as well.
N84GH has incredible cosmetics with a stunning paint job by Hill Aero and beautiful BMW Designworks Executive 6+2 interior package. Since I took my photos of the plane (and it was very clean at that time), the plane has been professionally detailed once again with an incredible boot reconditioning/shine process.
The only "story" on the plane is that it had an in-flight ice ingestion incident in 8/2017 which caused the engine to be removed and sent to Pratt & Whitney for a FOD inspection/repair and during this repair process the upper forward cowling was damaged in the custody of the maintenance facility when another aircraft's jet blast damaged the cowling while it was open. The upper forward cowling was replaced with a factory new part as a result of this damage.
