Almost looks like bullet holes in the vertical stabilizer and rudder.

Seems like a good candidate for a glass upgrade.

So what’s the story there are those actual stickers or is there damage? Also FlightAware shows the last flight near Stephenville, TX but you’re now saying the plane is located at KOGD? With no flight records of how it got to Utah?

Those are just stickers.

Not sure how accurate flight aware is but it been in KOGD for last few years.
I am posting it for a friend and do not have all the details. The phone number I posted is the owners cell phone, he would be happy to answer any questions about the 182.

Cheers

Good 182's are getting to be rare, but jump planes should draw extra scrutiny of the engine condition; there's nothing harder than climbing full power at gross weight to 10,000 feet, then chopping the power for a screaming dive back to the airport to pick up another load. Interesting that it comes with a spare engine.

It looks decent in the pictures; the glass might be better than the pictures show due to sun angle. If it's had shoestring maintenance typical of jump planes, a good 182 IA will pick it out quickly in a pre buy.

Pass on the sold with fresh annual; prospective buyer should have a pre buy by an IA that knows 182's that is also a good annual inspection.

Exactly my thoughts but I was hesitant to mention the tough life of a jump ship. Care in descent is crucial to healthy engine life.

Bullet hole stickers are tacky. Probably best to remove something like that for ad pictures.
