I would think there is a dark area between about 15 feet and whatever altitude from a hover or even forward flight you can successfully deploy the ballistic chute.
Is any power loss or loss of control in that envelope survivable? how big of a dead spot is it?
Wouldn’t it be the same with almost all of the EVTOL designs coming out since none can autorotate. Or some with fixed wings have no control surfaces to use.

Did y'all see notice the tag line below the title? "Only a few minutes of training are required to fly the craft."  Scary is an understatement.
