-SOLD-Selling for friend that bought and does not have WAAS GPS for use. New still in the box, MUST be used with approved WAAS unit (like 430W/530W) per AMOC to be legal. Includes wifi adapter, transmon, wiring connector kit, works with Mode C transponders, can help with all paperwork, only $750.

Correct. I have a few of the experimental boxes made to disable the ADS-B "out" and get "In" only and use them per the AMOC but never got around to it. Perfectly legal to use like that, essentially just like a Stratus, as long as it's not mounted fixed to the plane.
The Experimental boxes had software that allowed in and out both. The certified box like this only does "Out" but works just fine when paired with a 430w/530w.

The NavWorx IS approved for certified aircraft with a AMOC for ADS-B in and OUT when connected to a approved GPS receiver.

The unit is certified. This one is out only, in with Wifi (0012)....again, requires a WAAS approved GPS (like the Garmin 430W/530W). It does include the wifi adapter for your ipad wx.

Need to add, it is not correct (experimental only). The certified units can be either out except in with Wifi (0012) or in for traffic on compatible units and Wifi and out (0013). Both are covered by the AD and the AMOC's. I've installed both, several were approved for the rebate. Again, if you are interested in a good low cost unit and have a WAAS approved GPS, they are fine units and include wifi. I can help with any required paperwork. Suggest you confirm your specific application via the AMOC (there are two) and not what others may think. I've attached the first AMOC for Garmin, I can't seem to get the other one to upload (it's for the Avidyne).
