...here's one that I saw come on the market today. I have no connection with this plane or Saint Aviation. This is a nice looking plane with all the gadgetry and features one wants in the modern airframe (except a parachute). Basically a fairly new, high-performance, experimental plane with a Lycoming IO-540 for about $200K.

You can add ac for about 5 K. Can't get this panel in a 22. Best thing it's not certified

My first on the list deal breaker is A/C. No got? No way. I'm certain $200k would get a nicely equipped SR22 with factory AC. Best AC is a turbocharger. 5 minutes to AC altitude....

I am sure it is a great plane but I would have a hard time spending 210K on such an plane. That is just me though. Just for comparison, look at Randy A's Bo: "FS: 1979 V35B Bonanza w/ AA IO550R, TKS - $225,000 OBO" at viewtopic.php?f=43&t=91972. If someone made me the right offer on my B36, I would buy Randy's V35B in a heartbeat. It just looks like a heck of fun plane.
