After 2.6 months of excuses and minimal work, I retrieved my propeller only to discover that it was below minimum diameter and blade thickness.

Aero Propeller failed to communicate this critical information during the extensive delay, leaving me with a damaged propeller and no refund for the incomplete work. Mr. Burrows' refusal to address the issue and his invocation of religious figures in his defense are unacceptable. Sorry for your issues. For those looking for a good shop to overhaul a fixed pitch prop I recommend Sensenich Propeller Service, Inc in Gainseville GA. It cost me $1,122.71 with a new bolt kit and shipping. They picked it up and dropped it off at my airport. Got it back in a couple of weeks. May not be ideal for the west coast but I highly recommend them.
