My annual is due this month and I am doing the dreaded tank removal on my 150. Anyone have an El Brutus I can rent for a month? I will pay shipping costs.

You can dent metal with this, so be careful.

Consider Engineer PZ-55 or PZ-58 screw extractor pliers, available on Amazon. Not quite the the same as the El Brutus, but perhaps enough. They don't work on countersink screws, though.

Might put some penetrating oil on the screws now and let it soak for days/weeks beforehand.

Get some diamond grit and diamond grit screw drivers....
I did this two years ago on a 172, not a fun Job.
