Will Boeing want to stay in the Phenom 100/300 market if this deal goes through?

Will this be good for P100/P300 owners?

Looking forward to hearing the pros and cons.

I've always admired Embraer's boldness and execution, sounds good to bring it under the American flag.

Interesting. I’d be surprised if they sell. Family created business with a lot of Brazilian connections. Couldn’t be but anything good for Phenom family. It seems pretty robust. Great well built planes too.

I wonder if changes to the US corporate tax structure will create incentives to acquire and relocate.

Could be...

And I can't wait to hear how Boeing is going to make the argument that no tariffs should apply to Embraer jets imported from Brazil into the US.

They make the best RJ in the business; the E 170/ 195

Of course the US carriers are all too cheap to run them

One of the Delta regionals flys them. Was on one on my trip to Houston at Thanksgiving. You're right they are the best RJ out there.

There are nearly 500 P300s out there, so those slow and deliberate Swiss are unlikely to catch that number any time soon.
