There's a 2002 CJ2 for sale or for fractional ownership on controller. 1300 TT and not enrolled on TAP. Also needs to get ADS-B compliant. What is the price adjustment for this assuming it would need to get current in the Williams engine program and have the WAAS upgrade/ADS-B done? I perused the thorough thread by Mike C regarding the Williams engine programs. According to that there seems to be a ~500K hit to get the engines up to snuff and onto the program. Any advice?

For Williams the easiest option is to call Williams with the serial numbers and hours on engines and get a quote to buy in. A mate of mine did this and it was about $1M based on the hours. If you added this to what it paid it was about the market rate of a CJ2.

I forgot what the ADSB upgrade was for proline but doing a GTN750/650 combo is about $ 100k.

Andrew is right, Williams is very helpful. It all depends on the situation and engines, there is no predetermined amount that you can count on.
