What could go wrong? Mike C. I was able to fly an L-200 a few times at the Vajnory Aeroclub. Really neat airplane, but a bit complicated. And all of the instructions were in Czech along with my instructor whose english was about the same level as my Czech. A few embarrassing moments starting those engines. You have to engage the supercharger before engaging the starter, or you just hear the starter spinning. Great times!

This is me exactly 15 years ago looking at a serious project L-200 Morava in the UK (where I then lived). Harebrained as I am, even I realized this was a bridge too far as far as a restoration goes. But I've always loved the lines of the Let. Beautiful aircraft and ahead of its time in 1950's. That aircraft is probably still there at that farm in Sussex. Attachment: IMG_0994.jpeg
