1. I lived in the LA area for a few years- unless a lot has changed, and changed a lot, you'll rarely see traffic passing you, even when you have a headwind.
2. If you were not such a good guy, I'd be all et up with envy, but you're a good guy, so I'll just give you very hearty congratulations!
