Given the rules were "one plane only" and "you can't apply any leftover money towards operating costs" I think that basically limits me to a Mooney M20V with TKS. (No air conditioning.) With custom paint similar to my M20K. And the MT 4 blade, painted to match. I really can't afford operating costs any higher than I've already got.

Alternate answer if "the same thing but faster" isn't acceptable, maybe a nice IO-550 or TNIO-550 (assuming its an option) F33C with some money sunk into the panel, interior, and paint.
