Doug, you might have a look anyway. The last time I was there it was "closed" but we just walked in and no one stopped us. Had a nice chat with a couple of retired TWA electricians who were working on some widget.

As much as I loathe Signature, this was not necessarily a Signature problem. The Museum flat out refused to pay any rent at all for the space, and lost in Court (multiple times). Museum basically doubled-down on a bad legal position and lost. I can't fault Signature for wanting to collect rent for a hangar that Signature is paying rent to the City for. Plus, the museum has been incredibly poorly run for years, which is likely how it ended up in this mess (bad management that didn't or wouldn't recognize it had a bad hand to play).
