Oh. I didn't pick up on that part. Now it makes no sense. or maybe it does.

I'm not buying that the Phenom was more to run. Too many variables when you're not your own pilot. A Phenom 300 is close to $9MM new and 2 years later in the mid $6MM so maybe that's what he's talking about. HA!

I dont know either on the operating cost, but I haven't researched it. I think he just likes the new car smell and gets bored. He did say that he would not own anymore single engine planes. You just can't teach them all( says the guy that just bought the twin...)

When you buy a new Phenom it comes with all the programs and Embraer guarantees X$ per hour operating costs all in of the first X years. All service and everything is covered and it's not really any more than my Pilatus.

But you do take a huge hit in depreciation.

PC24 jet arriving in CYFB Iqualuit for cold wx testing. Picked a good week. -30c

This jet might be a game changer for remote location around the world.

Look at those flaps Marc. Looks like all the Pilatus's that I've seen. Biiiiggg flaps. Are they Fowlers like the TBM?

game changer again.
I've looked at the Phenom 300 and cannot step up because the 12 does everything I want it to do. If the 24 does everything it says it does it will outsell pretty much all other jets........
