What's an "airframe overhaul?"

Whatever they want it to be.
When it comes out do they return it to 0 time?

Time was when I thought they had a cool airplane and a forward-looking, millennial-friendly business plan.

Then the purchase agreement came out, followed by their doubling down on it, explaining that they were going to fix the liability crisis by screwing customers.

Now I hope they die a slow, painful death and "Icon" becomes a byword among businesses considering giving Legal authority over Sales.

Classic case of a "successful operation" but the patient dies.

I only wish Avidyne's customers had been a little more outspoken. What is a manufacturer going to do? Quit selling their widgets or change the agreement?

Hold the line boys.

Somewhere along the line, B-schools forgot to teach the Golden Rule of Business, which is "The Customer is always right."

Oshkosh is coming up soon, I'm curious to see what their presence will be this year. For years now they have had one of the best tents, nice presentation. I'm hoping they have a plan for this year, otherwise it might be the end.

Too bad his boss isn't as supportive of personal aviation, at least for the little people.

Wow. They haven't made any airplanes but they say they're giving one away.

Would this airplane have "strings attached "? Would it be an honest give away? Could you afford to be "married" to this bride? Shotgun marriage?

So ICON tested the water with a truly horrendous contract err bait and now is seeing how much more of the hook the fish will take with a smaller barb. Or are they going after different prey with the 'flying is easy gambit' as the trout are spitting out the offensive barbs.
