Glaring omission: engines not stated to be on program.

Engines are coming near to TBO.

Our business was robust thru the election last year, since the election it's been phenomenal. We are adding new staff and expanding office and warehouse space.

We are in the office equipment business.

Peace,
Don

Sounds like Mike has it right.

Word on the street back in late Oct/early Nov was that paper shredders were selling like hotcakes in DC.

If engines are not on TAP it is no bargain. Minimally equipped - single FMS/GPS, no WAAS, no ADS-B. Doesn't say no DH.

Value of the TAP plan can be around $700 - $800K. That puts the plane in the mid-point of CJ3 asking prices for a not well equipped aircraft. Probably overpriced by a few hundred K.

^^^
All the above. I hadn't seen that listing till the post last night. Made my head turn, for a minute. Issue with legacy jets is lack of WAAS in our neck of the woods at least for me. Costs for upgrades and choices coming should be a new topic.

What about the PL21 in these planes? Convertible to the Fusion? Since most aren't going to be ADS-b compliant anyway seems like this could be a good option if available.

Not right now. There's not much you can do to them right now in terms of avionics.

Rockwell working on Proline Fusion STC for the CJ3. They say sometime this year. Cost will be in the $300K range. They are taking preorders at some discount.

Thanks Allen for the Rockwell update. Here is a link to their marketing material on it, http://www.rockwellcollins.com/Products ... n_CJ3.aspx

Does anyone have experience with the Fusion? Looks much more user friendly from a heads up while programming situation. Never liked looking down to the left or right on console but I don't have but a few hours in the PL21. Has WAAS equivalent for LPV approaches and can fly RF legs it looks like.

The other question is what is database subscription expenses? No competition ? might mean mucho. The CJ3 is quite a machine. If a low time, engine program, updated with WAAS comes along in the 3 range it would look mighty attractive. Will not be holding my breath.

My wife did not win powerball in IN last night. Another failure....

I feel complete now. A TBM Wife still buys powerball tickets. I buy them when it is over 200 or 300M. Because I believe I will buy a BBJ and operate it with the winnings.

They have some you tube stuff up. Looks like state of the art with HUD's, touchscreens, and the way they integrate choosing an approach on the screen looks awesome. Of course they still have buttons and cursors. Looks like all updates are wireless. And I'm sure somewhat pricey as all the RC stuff seems to be.
