Not just thrown in jail; sued until you're blue in the face. "Oh the trauma, I thought it was 9/11 all over again, I need 17 Million."

The sad part is that is so close to true it is not even funny. How about getting sued for PTSD and "loss of consortium" Long story

Looks like an airshow. Everyone there probably asked for seconds. Still, low pass not over a runway --> asking for trouble.

The flyover was cool, but I think I'd have to punch that DB shouting "Wow".

I'm pretty sure I know who that was. First time I've seen it, and he ought to have been thrown in jail. He got away with an awful lot in that machine, which I've flown. But never like that.

That was probably done in about the 2000 time frame.

The folks on the ground don't sound like they are planning to sue anyone.

No, they don't. But that was almost 20 years ago and a very different world.

Think about it: The Connie was much SAFER than todays Turbofans: Those front seat computer operators of today couldn't even start the engines and thus would never be confronted with having to control an aircraft by visual reference via manipulating mechanical devices attached to the floor!

My dad has told me some stories of multiple low passes they did in Navy EC-121's (Connie variant) however, they were normally over Russian "fishing" boats, over the Pacific somewhere between Midway Island and the Aleutian Islands..... and they seemed to damage the trailing antenna often when it "accidentally" hit the "fishing" boat.... :)
