Looking for a designated pilot examiner who can do Commercial and Instrument
in a Cessna 185.

Ideal would be in Wisconsin or Colorado.

Don't know for sure but you might try Craig Thighe in Englewood. I know he's a taildragger guy. I've met him but not done a checkride with him.

Stan would be a great option. He’s in Atlanta, but both of you have airplanes.

Troy Mcvey in Rising Sun, Indiana is another possible. He’s done Commercial Sea in a 185, but I can’t say for sure that he’s done it on land.
