Someday, maybe. I was laughing about this the other night. The 18 year old guys in 1944 went from J-3 Cubs to Stearmans to P-51s in six months. I'm at twenty years and counting.

Solo’d in it today. I was standing outside in elementary school PE class in the late 70s in Ocala, FL, when Jim Garamore flew overhead in his, and I remember thinking “I want one of those…”. Today was proof that dreams do come true if you are patient enough.
