I am curious what everyone thinks of how this design turned out. Positive and negative comments welcome.

I like it. Nice to see a fresh paint job without all the swoopy swooshes that are so overdone of late. Also having the registration on the vertical stabilizer was a great idea. Nice to see the fuselage paint unbroken by N-numbers.

First words that popped into my head on it were Refined, Bold and Fast- It looks great! I really like the understated tones in the colors too. It just looks really sharp.

Spectacular! I love how it’s not white with a few stripes. What a dream to ride in that 441!

I think the layout looks OK, with the dark stripe breaking up the air superiority gray, which may not otherwise be ideal from a visibility perspective. Paint is an incredibly subjective thing, so really what matters is what you think of it.

My first thought though, before looking at the photos was "That's a question asking for trouble." Or as my family likes to say: Don't put a skunk on a bus.

I'm with Mr. Freas.......other than visibility to others in the sky, I like it. Clean and simple.

John,
Tell us what aircraft this is. Turboprop conversion of what ?

Seems like it has additional windows as well.

It is a Cessna 441 (Conquest II).

Needs a red swoop from the front window down under the tail.

I like it, plus you won't have to worry about the ugly paint discoloration on the tops of the exhaust.

It looks really nice and slicker than a greased pig! There are a lot of cars on the road with that color of gray without a lot of metallic flake. Gray is the new black. The only thing I would worry about is how hot it gets out in the sun.
