Hey Ron, she's not tough at all - just a 1941 J3 with a wood spar and a Continental A75 motor.
Take off roll and landing are very very short, she also climbs with ease with 2 adults onboard.
We mostly fly clients/friends over the coast and try to feel what it was like 75 years ago.
Landing this thing smoothly has made me a much better stick and rudder pilot on the Cirrus.
