Update: Currently off the market.
I am letting go of my complete 1941 Westfield.
Serial Number: 4H F86189
I restored this relic about 10 years ago sourcing various parts from the old bicycle networks. Much of the bike was intact when I found it, but it was in poor shape.
20” Large frame, which is unique and makes for a nice ride for modern adults. This is not a kids bicycle and likely was sold in 1941 as an adult model to compliment the typical slightly smaller frames of the era.
I rechromed the crank, handlebars, headset, truss rods and chainring.
Repainted to match original appearance as a Duo-Tone Blue. (Faded blue when I found it with some original paint design that showed this paint scheme).
Has the type correct New Departure hubs, and seat was re-done by Bob U. who is “the leather seat guru” in the community.
No horn, and the torpedo light doesn’t work, but I may have some of the tank hardware.
Rides nicely!
This bike is also featured on
https://nostalgic.net/ which is an online photo archive of “correct” and original vintage bicycles. Only solid examples of these old models appear in the archive. Kinda cool!
Fort Worth area, not ready to ship, but will drive some distance to meet.
Asking $1000, cash or Venmo
