Hi all -up for sale in North TX, my wife's 2014 BMW x1 in Mineral Grey Metallic. It has low mileage for its year model, at 101,751 miles, and lives in the garage. My wife prefers to drive my Tesla, so this is surplus to our needs at this time.

She's asking for $7,900 but open to reasonable offers.

She is the second owner; her brother was the first owner before moving to Germany with his family. He had a minor fender-bender which was repaired, and I believe several years before she bought it. No issues have arisen from that, and does not affect the drivability, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

All service has been done at MPorium BMW Service in McKinney, TX located on the field at Aerocountry airport (T31). We are a bit further north, at KSWI or KGYI so plan accordingly.

Please see pictures - there is a tiny divot on the rear hatch. Usual little chips and areas of paint flaked off on the lower front bumper area, see pics.

The tires are fairly new Pirelli run-flats. The (expensive!) timing chain service has been completed already, so you won't need to deal with that. There is 1 outstanding recall we were just notified of but the dealer does not have parts at this time. It is regarding an electrical connector adjacent to the water pump. It does not look to be having the issue they described, but the dealer should handle it for free once they have the parts.
