Almost finished a two bedroom two bath with sleeping loft house overlooking the great Smoky Mountains national Park. It would make an excellent vacation rental through local companies, Airbnb etc. The house is located next to Bryson city North Carolina, plenty of activities including the great smoky mountains national park, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, Fontana Lake, the Polar Xpress and Smoky Mountain railway, Nantahala outdoor Center white water rafting, mountain biking at Tsalli, skiing at Cataloochee and more. House will be completed in the usual”two weeks”!
House has well and septic, would be very easy to add a generator for getaway or looking to be self-sufficient for a period of time. It has an on-demand propane water heater, all KitchenAid appliances, propane cooktop with electric oven, gas logs a secondary heat source, low taxes in an area that is high demand! PM for questions or schedule a visit. I can pick you up at (KAVL) or KRHP if you’re going to fly yourself.
