Thanks guys. My grandfather bought it in the 40’s and it was his favorite place to be. Now that the grandkids are acquiring the property, it’s just too much for as little as many of us use it.  Several of us have personal homes on the lake so I intend to enjoy that for many years to come. The west side of the state is soooooo expensive so maybe this is a good investment opportunity for the right person
