I have a friend who has a 1967 V35 Bonanza donor plane with what appear to be two serviceable ruddervators available for sale. The left ruddervator has a broken attachment horn but appears fine otherwise. He is currently out of town with an ailing wife but I will forward your contact information to him if you are interested. These fit "S" and newer aircraft He is hoping to get $9500 for the pair. They are located in Cedartown Ga. PM me with your contact information including phone #and I will forward it. Sellers name is Mr Kirsch and he will return the call. Thanks, Chuck Beavers

I sold ruddervators for a K model for 3500 back in the summer. Have they gone up this much?

My thoughts were that you didn't ask enough if those ruddervators were in good shape and didn't need new non-existent skins.
I still wonder why good magnesium skins can't be produced.

I think Brondon’s number is closer to reality unless these were recently reskinned with new. Lee

Hi Brian, You may consider it gouging but these are not my parts and I did not set the price. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Apparently you are not an interested party. Thanks for your assessment as to the value.

Username Protected wrote: The last set I re-skinned was in September 2018. The cost for the pair was $18,000. This was turnkey including paint/balance. So, if the ruddervators in this thread are corrosion free, they are worth the asking price. They were bringing this price before the skin availability issue. I paid 5500.00 for reskin May 2018 before the skin shortage at SRS included paint, install and balance an additional 1.5 hrs labor. Youre prices are not the prices I was given during that time period.
