I have 2 complete, (less air box) firewall forward Continental IO-470L 260hp engine removed from a Beechcraft Baron that I am selling. It is a prop strike and it has 823.1 hours Since Major Overhaul. (Engine dialed out to .001 - .002) Engine has had a lot of parts replaced in the past couple of years. All oil lines are new and has a new alternator. Have 8130s, log books and paperwork to go with these. This engine went through annual and on the test flight the owner landed with the gear up. You are purchasing from the motor mount the the prop flange of the crank. The prop and spinner are not included in this sale.

On any prop strike, isn't it required to have an engine tear down, inspection, measurements and re-assembly?

What happened to the air boxes?

Who did the major overhaul and how long ago?
