N5716A 1956 Cessna 172 3829 TTAF 378 SMOH in 2021 10 SPOH Low time clean straight tail 172, very nice paint and interior. Garmin 430, ADS-B out Uavionix tail beacon. August 2025 Annual, September 2025 Transponder cert. Refurbished yokes by Jeff Tourt at colorfast inc, new carpet kit from SCS, new throttle and mixture cables. All logs since new. Great dry country history. Clean FAA title. Digital logs available.
