Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N32DE, which is a 1977 Beechcraft V35B Bonanza. Owned by a BeechTalk member (and several before him as well), it is currently based at Stephenville Clark Regional Airport in Stephenville, TX (and was formally based in Phoenix, AZ for the past 3 owners.

N32DE has no known damage history, 6862 TT, and 2682 SMOH on a TAT TN IO-550 (with 1895 since IRAN). The propeller was factory new in 2019 and has 344 hours on it.

The TAT TN system provides incredible performance and coupled with the Osborne tip tanks, it can go both fast and far. Other upgrades include speed brakes, LED lights, Alpine Aviation aux landing lights, and G&D tinted window inserts.

The panel is very well appointed with its Avidyne DFC 90 autopilot, Aspen EFD 1000, and Garmin GNS 430W. It also has a GTX 330ES ADS-B out transponder, STEC yaw damper, Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, Garmin FlightStream 210, and EDM 730 engine management system. It also has other smaller upgrades like a digital tachometer and 406mhz ELT.

The plane was painted by JetCrafters in 11/2017 and the paint scheme looks incredible (especially for its age). The interior was last replaced in 1994 and its condition is consistent with its age.

The maintenance has been performed by a normal of great shops over the last 10 years and the most recent annual was performed by Jerry Hammock of Hammock Aviation in Dallas.

I have pasted the spec sheet below which has a link to the logbooks and photo gallery (along with other documents) and I have also uploaded a few more photos. Please email, text, or call anytime to discuss N32DE. Thank you!

Nice airplane and close to what I am looking for. I don't like portable devices in the panel and I would like TKS but otherwise this looks lovely and what I was shopping for when I bought my Turbo 182 here off of BeechTalk a couple years ago.

I don't think I can finance it with those engine hours though. IRAN is not an overhaul. I am all about condition-based maintenance but its not me that needs convincing

Brian,

I have seen numerous airplanes financed with engines over TBO. Maybe some banks have restrictions but certainly not all. Additionally, most banks I have worked with will finance the cost of an engine overhaul into the overall loan.
