I'm posting this for a friend. He bought it a little over a year ago and realized he needs something that can safely deal with NE winter weather better. I flew it around for a few minutes this morning to make sure everything is good to go. Excellent paint, interior, and glass (2015). Gear pucks, tires, and tank sealant all in excellent condition. No leaks, no rash, no hail. This plane is extremely clean. Always hangared with dehumidifiers hooked up.

That's a smashing price for a really nice 231.
Good luck with the sale.
