This is a stunning example of an A36 with just about every option and STC you can put on one. She is fast, efficient and loves to climb with the TAT Whirlwind III & Rammer intake, GANN IO-550, Turbo GAMI injectors, TKS, A/C, O2, Osborn Tip Tanks and more. The avionics include a full GARMIN G3X package with the GFC500 that flys on rails, heated AOA, two 650xi’s, flight stream, Sirus / XM, ADSB in / out, G5 back up and just about everything else Garmin sells for an A36. The classy black interior still smells new, the white and black exterior is set off with silver accents that include metal flake, it gets compliments everywhere I go. There are no open squawks, it’s flown every 10 days or less, hangared and just completed its annual on May 1, 2025. The logs are complete, with receipts and documentation on every major upgrade. There was an unfortunate gear up back on 5/28/2019 that was repaired properly and is very well documented in the logs. The damage was minor enough that they replaced the prop, dialed the crank, locked the gear down and flew it to the repair facility. Since then, it has flown for 6 years, 244hrs, received an IRAN by GANN Performance Engines and a brand-new propeller. Come take a look at this one in Las Vegas, you will not be disappointed.
