https://indyairsales.com/current-invent ... nes-props/Contact Pat or Mark at IndyAirSales. Looks like my old Duke is available again. Someone who flys a lot should assume the care taker duties! It really is a nice straight Duke. Mr. Hoffman has provided excellent instruction in this one! Wishing I could buy it back….. Jim N979DM

A hell of an airplane. My dad had one in the 80’s. Something-677L as I recall. We made a lot of trips from Ohio to Ft Meyers in that plane. Including one trip where I took a young lady I was dating in college down there for the weekend. (It seems to have worked ) Good luck with the sale.

Hi there, retirement time… cost reduction and lack of suitable hangars where we were moving too. Tried smaller, Mooney, no go… so back to best 55 Baron I could find. Gotta be T-hangar capable. Engines were done in 2019 I believe; includes carbide lifters. Lotta plane for the $’s for sure!

Username Protected wrote: what's base price on annual, Highly dependent on maintenance shop. High end FBO type… probably a lot. Personal, local, and independent…. Probably fair. Just make sure it’s a good knowledgeable one. I was lucky, had a local, one man shop on the field who knew stuff and could fix anything. Really not as bad as you'd think. They are stout well designed airplanes. Just maintain them well and fly the crap out of them. The more you fly, the better! Jim

Used to see this airplane at Tulsair on occasion(hard to forget that tail number!). I recall it being a well-kept airplane.
