RemarksYou’re never hot or cold in this aircraft, very comfortable. ZERO corrosion. Did have a gear up 2014, expertly repaired and documented by Mountain Airframe LLC, Mena AR. Left Elevator damaged by shop during ’21 Annual Insp., elevator sent out to Biggs Aircraft, Inc., repaired, returned and reinstalled. Also due to personal preference, the parking brake is inop and I also keep the cowl flaps fixed at about 1/4 open due to an inop motor. Plenty of parts to make them operable (but on a 180hp TA quite unnecessary). Flys the magenta line coupled as good as my Airbus. Aircraft located at KFNT. Reason for sale: Aircraft is not FIKI.
