Rejuvenated 1989 Bonanza - Classic F-33A
Hangar – Temple, Texas KTPL

I’ve owned and operated N1553A since acquiring the Lufthansa trainer in 2001. I decided to restore her again about one year ago.

Project now complete with factory new Continental IO-520, plus new propeller, tires, and brakes. Paint restoration followed July ’24 annual.

Seller has 64 years of combat and corporate flying, along with many very personal experiences in 53A. Hangered at KTPL since 2005.

$325,000. Price includes many support items.

Ceramic Coated Exhaust. Look up "High Performance Free Flow Exhaust by D'Shannon" for details.

10,600. That will be the ADD Number on new books.

New Hobbs starts off at 0. Now have 8 hours on it. Will do break in for 25 hours. Only difference is "run rich" and different oil for break in.

A same year F-33A at the school was recently on the market at 27,000 hours.

Since 2001, I had one failure. The alternator failed over OKC, so landed and flew out the next day with a new one.

Looking at ten year periods, I averaged 355 sorties per ten years at 646 hours.
I have the info on every flight.

KTAS = 165. That is 190 statue miles. 15GPH.

Thanx

I have the prints to mfg the tailpipes in titanium

I doubt it will happen as the min run qty to produce is a tad more and everyone looks at cost before material quality when mfg in the piston market.

Good luck with the sale .
