See Inflight trend monitor in images for current times (Total time, sfoh, etc), and inspection status, I'll be keeping this up to date with the most recent flight.
Utilization times: 60 hrs since 2022 annual, 31.4 Hours / 67 cycles (take off & landings) since 2023 annual. Dual KX 170B w/KI204 VOR/LOC/GS indicators, KN 64 DME, KMA20 Audio, Stratus ADSB,Piper Altimatic II wing lvl / hdg hold. Ex Ameriflight aircraft with cargo converted interior. 6/2023 Weight and balance - TOGW 3600, empty 2047, 1553 useful load, with large, accommodating nose & cabin cargo doors and volume. Last annual (partial list): New Slick 6351 mags, along with new plugs. Overhauled fuel control unit & flow divider (Aircraft Accessories - Tulsa). Most of the exhaust system (3 risers, all 3 mufflers) replaced with new. Installed all new hoses - firewall forward, and most of the airframe brake and gear hydraulic hoses. Overhauled brake calipers, and installed new pads. Replaced tires and tubes (8 ply Goodyear). Twenty four month pitot - transponder (encoder/ADSB) check just completed (91.411 - 6/24); aircraft IFR certified. It's a well maintained, good flying, trouble free aircraft. Lots of extras: KN 64 DME (1), KX 170B NAVCOMS (7), KMA 20 Audio panel (1), DG (1), External power cable (Piper OEM), Bruce full cover (from forward baggage to aft cargo - see image), Spare Goodyear Flight Custom III 8 ply (new), full set of new RHM38E plugs, and more.
