True enough but if you moved it outside to take photos you typically wouldn't tie it down.

My apologies. This airplane is based in Granbury TX. KGDJ I can vouch that I’ve never seen it spend the night out on the ramp. Pete purchased it from an owner at Pecan Plantation. I’d be willing to work with the new owner getting some time under their belt.

I didn’t realize you were tied to helping with the sale; I thought you were simply posting a local flyer. Sorry Mark, I didn’t mean to stomp on your ad with my sarcastic tie-down comment…I could have been cute somewhere else. As for a 180, who wouldn’t want one? Admittedly I’m a bit jealous of the next owner.

I’ve been fortunate to fly, not a whole bunch, in 180/185s and from a pilot’s perspective I prefer the older and lighter 180s. These feel more 170ish where the 185 is more truck like needing some weight in the back to give it a good balance. I’m by no means an expert in the type.

A 180 is not excellent at any one particular thing.... It is, however, good at everything.
