Thanks John. This is a fully custom interior done by Arizona Aircraft Interior Designs in Mesa, Arizona at Falcon Field. They do great, high quality work. The cup holders are a nice touch, and very useful being deep enough that bottles don't tip over during takeoff, etc.

Still for sale, and still flying it so times will go up slightly. Going into annual on Monday 12/29 so it will have a fresh January 2026 annual inspection. The IFR Cert was updated 11/2025. Open to reasonable offers. Thank you.

I heard this beautiful plane was tied up by a potential buyer who ultimately could not come up with the funds, so it is now available once again, is that true?

Thanks for asking. Unfortunately I had a deal fall through, no fault of the plane.

It has a January 2026 annual inspection. Compressions were all in the 70's and oil analysis history is excellent. Oxygen bottle just had a hydrostatic test and forward spar inspection was completed. I've also got it scheduled for a new windshield as well.

If I didn't have a partner in the 182 I own, I would have sold it and bought your B36TC already! It's a beautiful plane, and perfect for a turbo normalized IO-550 conversion in the future. Hope it goes to a nice home soon.
