1974 Piper PA28-235 "Pathfinder" Full Garmin avionics including 650xi, 2 X G5s, GFC500 A/P. IFR ~6000 TTAF / 800 SFRM O-540, 500 SPOH (all times are approximate) Useful Load: ~1322#s
Hanger has restrooms, individual storage lockers, electric tug and secure parking.
Monthly: $450 which covers all expected fixed operating expenses Aircraft Hourly Depletion Fee: $65 PA28-235 and $90 PA32-300 DRY based on tachometer time.
