McBurney and Associates is proud to exclusively offer N817CJ to the market. This forum is our initial announcement. Having flown the M500 extensively, this aircraft has been a real pleasure to operate considering the avionics, gross weight and Vne upgrades. The ability to descend at 250kts versus the 188 limitation on the prior models is a game changer. The added HP and redesigned wing avails a 274 knot cruise with a range of 1085 miles or 1484 miles at 184 knots. We usually true at 260 kts which gives a bladder busting range of 1242 miles (cockpit relief tube installed). The G3000 is an incredible platform.
I flew N817CJ to the Piper factory last week with a total time of 1358 hours to accomplish the wing splice assembly enhancements to secure an extension to the current limit of 3,767 hours TIS. This aircraft is one of the first that Piper is performing the procedure on to address. Their goal is to secure 10K hour TIS limitation, pending submission to the FAA. See attached Fed Register. Frank Sosta III, Piper's Director, Global Customer Support is available to discuss the project status.
The owner, a retired doctor, has spared no expense throughout aircraft's maintenance and operational history.
Improved pictures to be available once Piper's work is completed.
Asking price: $2,450,000 with factory wing work completed
